(Nasdaq: GPRO) announced today that the Company will webcast three upcoming
investor events.
First, Gen-Probe will release its third quarter 2008 financial results on
Thursday, October 30, 2008 at approximately 4:00 pm Eastern Time (ET),
followed by a conference call with management at 4:30 pm ET. The conference
call will be webcast live and may be accessed on the investors section of the
Company's web site at http://www.gen-probe.com. An archived version of the
webcast will be available on the same web site for at least 90 days. A

Second, the Company will present at Oppenheimer's 19th Annual Healthcare

Third, Gen-Probe will webcast its annual meeting with institutional
